Time and energy are two of our greatest assets. In this coaching relationship, we’ll be investing both.
Here’s what you can expect, and what will help you get the most out of our work together:
Check-Ins
• You’ll have a set check-in day each week (TBD).
• Check-ins are open for 24 hours.
• Completing them helps track progress, catch challenges early, and keep momentum between calls.
• If you’re having a hard time, it’s even more important to check in. These are the moments when support is most valuable, and reaching out ensures we can address challenges before they grow.
• Missed check-ins limit what we can cover. I set aside time specifically for you on that date.

Response Time
• Messages are answered within 24 hours Monday–Thursday.
• Messages sent Friday–Sunday may take up to 48 hours.
• I may reply sooner, but these are the windows you can rely on.

Coaching Calls
• We’ll meet bi-weekly (2x per month) for 45 minutes.
• Calls are coaching strategy sessions and can include deeper discussions, problem-solving, celebrating wins, and planning next steps.
• Complete and submit your check-in before each call so we can make the best use of our time.
• Come prepared with any wins, struggles, or questions you’d like to cover.

Commitment
• Show up with honesty and openness.
• Be willing to try new approaches, even when they feel uncomfortable.
• Accountability is key. If you’re struggling, feeling overwhelmed, or have questions, please reach out instead of waiting. This is when your communication matters most.

Respect & Boundaries
• Communication will stay within our chosen platform(s) (email, app, WhatsApp, and coaching calls).
• I will give you my best. Please respect the agreed-upon times and spaces for support.

I am not the expert in your life. I am trained to facilitate and encourage growth by using tools, skills, and strategies to foster growth and change. I am not a licensed therapist or counselor. Anything you choose to apply outside of our coaching sessions is your choice and responsibility.
